Jelenko Dragisic is a specialist in partnerships, community engagement and collaboration strategy. He is a highly experienced senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in startups, and in the management of not-for-profit enterprises. He has developed a string of collaboration-based projects including a $10millon award-winning disaster resilience program that brought together three levels of government, the corporate sector, research community and not for profit sector into one enterprise. Most recently, Jelenko developed a highly successful collaboration strategy for a $25 million-dollar environmental program, which consisted of a record number of stakeholders including two levels of government, major national corporate entities and leading research institutions, as well as a host of social enterprises and philanthropic investors.

Initially from an engineering background Russell Workman is a specialist in social enterprise and not for profit management within the community sector since 2001. He has launched and managed three successful enterprises up to $7 million in turnover: His expertise involves large scale property maintenance, media, film and video, and B2B services. He has held a senior position in a trillion $ global finance company, where he was an initial member of the Australian Banking Associations response to climate change, and was invited as an Australian Delegate to the United Nations Climate Change Conference, as a guest of Models of Success and Sustainability (MOSS), and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Peter Kearney – urban agriculture planning, design, education & implementation
Peter Kearney is an experienced organic and biodynamic food grower and educator with a strong passion for developing the urban agriculture potential of cities. Peter is a leader in urban agriculture in Australia and consults to individuals, community organisations, governments and large property developers on integrating sustainable urban agriculture into their environments. Peter was the founder of a significant community agriculture initiative in Samford Brisbane named Millen Farm. Peter has a strong connection to the biodynamic agriculture movement. He presents at national and international conferences on integrating biodynamics into urban agriculture and is a director of Biodynamic Agriculture Australia. Peter trained as an accountant and has participated in a diverse range of commercial, government and community organisations in his work career as entrepreneur, consultant, employee and volunteer.
